| A deposit amounting to 50% of the rental price is payable immediately after booking! The balance is payable four weeks before commencement of your vacation. In the event of cancellation at least four weeks in advance of your vacation we will refund the deposit paid. In the case of short term cancellations ( four weeks and less advance notice ) we will refund any amounts paid if we get a substitute reservation. All cancellations are subject to a service fee of $100 which will be deducted from the refund. |

Although there is no smoking in our house, smokers are sure
to feel at home: they can enjoy a cigarette or cigar in any weather on the
comfortable, covered porch . 
Long distance telephone calls will be charged as incurred, local calls are free of charge.
